I am a designer with a background in interaction design (to be completed in 2023). I am a patient, open minded and adaptable individual with the commitment to grow as a designer. Having studied a double degree with business (marketing), I have developed key skills such as analysing data, finding information and speaking in public that I have been able to translate into my design approach. This allows me to develop analysed and informed ideas which helps me conceptualise final design outcomes.

I am a highly collaborative and communicative designer that works well within a team. I enjoy collaborating with a variety of individuals with diverse backgrounds as I believe this fosters inclusive design outcomes. I have a strong passion to create a society that is both equal and equitable for everyone. I believe that society needs to continue to enact change to more effectively include marginalised groups whether that be race, gender or ability. I believe as a designer I have the capacity to contribute to this change through thoughtful, creative, and inclusive design work.

In the future I hope to work within a career that provides me with the creative freedom to produce such work. I hope to be working to make a change rather than for the sole purpose of employment. I find enjoyment through exploring different cultures being an individual of mixed ethnicities. I intend to create work that is culturally enriching for all and that will be sustained as society ages and evolves. Interaction is something that is fundamental within society and I aim to produce work that is designed to be accessible for all.
